Greater F1 Experience
Now that the F1 season is back in full swing, of course we couldn't stay behind! Together with 20 F1 enthusiasts we went into battle. Beforehand, everyone had great stories about their excellent gaming skills and everyone would set the best time, but there was only one person who actually meant it...
The evening began pleasantly with drinks at the bar. Then it was time for the real thing! Everyone was assigned their own F1 seat in which we all just fitted after some measuring and fitting. The F1 adventure could begin! After FP1 many people found out that it was still quite difficult 🙂 Time for qualifying! Here it quickly became clear that there was nothing for the rest to win today, the battle would be between 3 Greaters who were head and shoulders above the rest. The starting positions were known, time to really race!
The race was chaotic. Not at the front of the field but the chaos was completely present from spot 7. Steering the car properly through a corner turned out to be more difficult than expected for many, braking for a corner turned out to be really necessary 🙂 At the end of the race there was only one person who really understood how to drive this circuit and crossed the finish line first in FP1, qualifying and the race. Michael Meijer, congratulations! You are now the man to beat within Greater when it comes to F1 racing. On to the next one!
