The Role:

As our Marketing & Recruitment Master you’ll be the mastermind behind our brand’s voice and the secret weapon in our hunt for top-notch talent. You’ll craft and execute strategies that make people say, “I want to work there!” while ensuring Greater stays at the top of everyone’s must-watch list.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting Epic Strategies: Dream up and roll out marketing plans that get us noticed, loved, and followed—by both customers and potential hires.
- Recruitment Magic: Turn job seekers into job finders with recruitment campaigns that make Greater the place everyone wants to work.
- Brand Wizardry: Keep our brand fresh, fun, and fabulous across all platforms, making sure we’re always the talk of the town (in a good way).
- Number Crunching (but fun!): Dive into data to see what’s working, what’s not, and how we can be even Greater (pun intended).
- Building Alliances: Network like a pro with industry movers, shakers, and talent pools—because you know it’s all about who you know.
- Content Creation: Write, post, film, and snap content that not only turns heads but keeps them nodding in approval.
- Event Planning (Party Time!): Plan and host events that bring our brand and culture to life, whether it’s a virtual webinar or an IRL job fair.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business, or something equally awesome.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or similar.
- You’re a social media maven who knows their way around digital tools and trends.
- Creative ideas are your jam, and you’re not afraid to think outside the box (or throw the box away altogether).
- You love digging into data as much as you love a good brainstorming session.
