Job Overview:

As the Business Unit Manager, you’ll be the captain of our tech consultancy ship! Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to recruit and lead a team of tech geniuses, manage exciting projects, and make our clients fall in love with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Your Dream Team:
    • Recruit, onboard, and train a squad of top-notch tech consultants.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and energetic team culture.
    • Be the mentor everyone wishes they had—guide, inspire, and evaluate your team.
  • Client Relationship Rockstar:
    • Be the go-to person for our awesome clients.
    • Dive deep into client needs and create tailor-made consultancy solutions.
    • Keep clients happy and build lasting partnerships.
  • Grow the Business:
    • Scout out new business opportunities and bring them to life.
    • Craft and execute strategies to expand our consultancy magic.
    • Team up with sales and marketing to spread the word about our services.
  • Project Maestro:
    • Lead the charge on planning, executing, and delivering consultancy projects.
    • Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
    • Continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
  • Strategic Visionary:
    • Set and achieve the business unit’s strategic goals.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and keep our strategies fresh.
    • Report on the unit’s progress and celebrate successes with senior management.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree? Even better!
  • Experience: 5+ years in tech consultancy or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Stellar leadership and team-building chops.
    • A knack for building strong client relationships.
    • Top-notch communication and people skills.
    • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Master multitasker who can juggle multiple projects with ease.
