What to expect as a HR professional

As an HR perofessional you are in charge of all the HR processes within our company. Greater is a company where it goes a little different than other companies. No unnecessary management layers and every process is very flat and clear. The staff team of the company is small and sharing knowledge is a must.
Your role as a HR professional
As a HR professional you take care of all the HR processes, help optimize them and be responsible for:
- Providing correct and timely remuneration for approx. 65 employees. For this we work with Exact online.
- Responsible for the entire process of entering and leaving employment of staff and correct time accounting and ensures correct recording of this.
- Absenteeism management
- Supporting account managers, sales manager and recruiters in the recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Ensuring adequate management reporting.
- You are also the first point of contact for employees regarding salary and personnel matters
This position requires from you
- Completed HBO education, towards HRM
- Demonstrable work experience
- Preferably knowledge of Exact Online and NMBRS software
- Self-starting and problem-solving ability
- Stress resistant and flexible, used to meeting tight deadlines
- Accurate and precise work
